Membership access control for private clubs
A QR membership card that opens the club while the membership is current, the right areas for the right members, and guest passes that let a member bring someone without handing over their own card.
- Membership cards as a QR in the member's phone wallet
- Access tied to a validity window: it stops the day the membership lapses
- Members-only areas, each opened only by the tiers allowed in
- Guest passes with their own limited access, separate from the member
- Entries and exits, so a card cannot be in two places at once

Access that ends when the membership does
A member is not a one-off visitor. The card should keep working as long as they are paid up and stop the moment they are not — without anyone deactivating it by hand.
Valid between dates
Each card works within the window you set. Renew and it keeps opening; let it lapse and the door turns it away, quietly, without touching the rest.
Tiers and areas
Full, weekday, pool-only. Each tier opens the areas it should and no others, checked at the door rather than taken on trust.
One card, many visits
The same QR works every time the member comes, all recorded, so you can see who uses the club and how often — not guess from the roster.
Let a member bring someone, on their own pass
Issue a guest pass with its own limited access and its own validity — a day, an evening — separate from the member's card. The guest gets their own QR, so nobody has to lend a membership or wave someone through.
Entries and exits mean a member and their guest are each accounted for, and a card that is already inside cannot open a second door at the same moment.

Your roster stays yours
Import the membership list from a spreadsheet or open an online sign-up with the fields you need. The data is yours, kept per club, and each edition or season is archived and still readable years later.
The card, the emails and the sign-up page run in six languages, so an international club reaches each member in their own.
