Four things that let us answer properly
None of them are required, but with these we can give you a real answer instead of a follow-up email asking for them.
- What kind of event and how many attendees you expect.
- How people get in: a guest list you already have, open registration, paid tickets, or a mix.
- How many entrances and whether you need to record exits too.
- Anything unusual: several days, restricted areas, numbered seats, attendance certificates, poor signal at the venue.

Creating an account takes a couple of minutes and no card. Set up a test event, send yourself a badge and scan it. Most questions answer themselves in ten minutes, and the ones that don't are better ones.
