Sending emails and configuring SMTP in QRACCESS
To send π PDF badges, π« tickets, π§ registration confirmations or download links, QRACCESS needs an SMTP account configured and validated: you send from YOUR address and your domain, keeping deliverability and control.
Before any bulk send
- Go to Settings β SMTP and validate sender, host, port, username and password.
- Review the email template: subject, body and the PDF design.
- Run a single test with one of your own contacts.
- Only then launch the bulk send.
Setup sheets by SMTP provider
Every provider has its quirks: for some the βusernameβ is your email, for others a fixed word or an API key. Each sheet has the exact host, ports, credentials and limits, ready to copy into the dashboard:
