What we process on this website

This is an informational site and has no data-collection forms of its own. The processing that does happen is:

• Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4). Only enabled if you accept it in the cookie notice; until then no analytics cookie is loaded. Details and how to withdraw consent are in the cookie policy.
• Contact form. The form this site links to is hosted on abarcando.es. What you send through it — name, contact details and your enquiry — is used solely to answer your request for information, a demo or a quote.
• Email and phone. If you write to info@abarcando.com or call us, we process your identification and contact details for the sole purpose of replying to you.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and requests. Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Measuring use of the site to improve it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your browsing.

We keep the data only for as long as these purposes require, and for the periods that applicable law demands.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@abarcando.com. If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), which is the supervisory authority for Abarcando, S.L. as a company established in Spain.

The QRACCESS platform: processing on behalf of organisers

When an event organiser uses the QRACCESS platform (dashboard at control.qraccess.com), the data of their attendees and ticket buyers is the organiser's responsibility, and Abarcando, S.L. acts as a processor on their behalf. That processing is governed by the platform's full privacy policy, available at abarcando.es. In particular:

• Ticket payments are processed through the organiser's own payment gateway: Stripe Connect, Redsys (including Bizum), PayPal or CECA.
• Badges and email communications are sent through the organiser's own SMTP server.
• Attendee data and scans from finished events are not lost: if the organiser uses «Archive and keep finished event», they remain archived and readable.
