Event badges: PDF, Apple Wallet and certificates
Your event badges, PDF tickets, Apple Wallet passes and attendance certificates all leave from the same place: the Assistants list. Run bulk or filtered actions to send emails or SMS, download PDF tickets, generate a ZIP of QR codes, send certificates and download PKPASS files.
One HTML template for every PDF badge and ticket
The PDF an attendee receives is generated from an HTML + CSS template, and the same design is used everywhere: as the attachment in the email, as the PDF ticket you download from the dashboard, and as the file attached after online registration or a ticket purchase.
- Edit the template yourself if you are comfortable with HTML and CSS, or ask QRACCESS to build it for you.
- For events with numbered seating, the PDF ticket or badge prints the zone, row and seat assigned to each attendee.
See badges and certificates for an overview of the feature, and the email and SMTP guide for delivery settings.
Apple Wallet and PKPASS passes
Access passes can also be generated as .pkpass files, so attendees carry their QR code in the wallet on their phone and the door gets a faster QR check-in.
- Download PKPASS files one at a time or in bulk.
- Compatible with iOS, and with wallet apps on Android that support the format.
- Boarding-pass style design, with a configurable icon, strip image and fields.
- Works for every attendee regardless of how they entered the system: imported lists, the registration form, the attendee API or online ticket sales.
Attendance certificates
Certificates can itemize the hours attended on each day, or simply confirm attendance with the date and time recorded at QR check-in. They are the usual proof for courses, seminars and any event where attendees need a written record of having been there.
Certificates are sent by email as a bulk or filtered action from the same Assistants list, alongside the rest of the delivery actions.
