QRACCESS itself relies on SMS for one-time codes: account recovery sends a code to your verified mobile, and events using connected smart locks deliver each guest's temporary door PIN straight to their phone.
Configure once, send in three steps
SMS works like email does in QRACCESS: through your own account, so the cost per message is between you and the provider.
- 1. Connect your account. In Configuration, SMS tab, enter your SMSverifica API key and secret and choose a sender ID — 3 to 11 letters or digits, the name attendees see as the origin of the message. Your balance shows there too, in euros.
- 2. Open the event. Sending needs a phone field on the registration form. QRACCESS targets every active attendee, or the selection you made in the attendee list.
- 3. Write and send. Type the message, pick the default country code for the list, and send. Each attendee's personal QR link is appended to their message.
Built for real phone lists
- Numbers are accepted in international or national format and normalised to E.164 before sending; numbers from other countries just need their own prefix.
- Landlines are detected and rejected before the send — flagged in the report instead of silently burning your balance.
- Bulk sends go out in batches of up to 5,000 messages per API call, so a big list does not crawl through rate limits.
- Invalid numbers are itemised in the send report, one reason per number.
Know who received it — not just that it left
Carriers confirm each message back to SMSverifica, and QRACCESS listens: the attendee list shows the status of each person's last SMS — sent, delivered or failed — so the person at the door knows who never got the notice.
QRACCESS keeps that status for 90 days (270 if the carrier never confirms); the full history, with no time limit, is always available in your SMSverifica panel.
SMS for urgency, email for weight
